How aware and attuned are you with your self, your thoughts and your feelings? Are you able to respond to thoughts and emotions effectively or do you just react? Are you struggling with stress and anxiety? Are you satisfied with the way you feel inside, or are you wanting to change your body composition? If you're not sure of your answer, or if you're wanting to improve in any (or all) of these areas, this is something we can definitely look into, breaking the cycles and patterns, and improve on together.
Your personally designed program will carve out some time daily to simply work on yourself, inside and out. This will include (but not limited to): breath work, meditation, movement, self-reflection, as well as planning, education and accountability with nutrition and fitness. You will gain a greater understanding and sense of self, encompassing: ego, inner critic, self-worth, identifying emotions and resilience, mental strength, patience, empathy, mindfulness/presence, compassion and character. Perhaps this is the work you've been putting off, or placing on the back burner - the time to put some attention to your physical and mental well-being is NOW.
This program will have you become aware of both your external and internal surroundings. You will learn about your body composition, how to move your body naturally and efficiently while gaining strength and muscle. You will learn to observe and think about your thinking. You will learn how to cope and deal with uncomfortable thoughts and emotions in a healthy and productive manner - becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable and forging resilience (easier said than done). All of this will lead to a calmer and clearer mind - where one can make wiser decisions. You will ultimately learn and discover that where the body leads the mind will follow and how being in a state of flow can benefit in the office, at home or in the gym. As we dive into finding your passion and purpose you will find your life/work balance and a sense of fulfillment. This work may not be easy, but it will be worth it!
